10 foods that make you age faster

What are the foods and drinks that favor skin aging, making us look older than we are?

Ariel Ostad, a world-renowned dermatologist, lists 14 of them on the “Health” website.

1) First on the list are sweets. Too much sugar in the blood damages the skin’s collagen, causing it to lose tone and elasticity and creating wrinkles.

2) The second are alcohols. In addition to the amount of sugars it releases in the blood, alcohol also affects an uncomfortable sleep and there is nothing more harmful to the skin than an uncomfortable sleep.

3) Surprisingly, the third on Dr. Ariel Ostad’s list is white wine. It contains many acids that damage tooth enamel.

If you think you can save your teeth by brushing immediately after consuming two or three glasses of white wine, you are wrong.

Ostad says that this only increases the presence of acids, so he advises to wait at least 1 hour after consuming white wine and then brush your teeth.

4) Fried meat. For many people it is irresistible, but its effects on skin aging are great.

To minimize these, it is advisable to remove and throw away the burned parts that contain acids that damage collagen.

5) The adage says: dishes with salt and salt with salt. A heavy hand with it in the kitchen for a long time can age you faster than you think.

This does not exclude those who do not use it at all in salads or dishes.

Some foods, Ostad says, contain large amounts of salt themselves.

6) Meatballs and sausages. Not to mention the potential cardiovascular problems they can cause, these products contain preservatives that in many cases irritate the skin, causing premature wrinkles.

7) Spicy foods. Their moderate use is recommended.

Every skin type is sensitive to these foods and not to mention that they also cause menopausal disorders.

8) Red meat. As soon as it enters the body, it releases free radicals that are the main damage to skin regeneration processes.

It is not recommended to eliminate it, but to use it in a limited way.

9) Energy drinks. They release acids that damage tooth enamel and, combined with physical activity, inject large amounts of salt into the body.

For those who cannot do without these drinks, it is recommended to drink with a cane to avoid contact with the teeth.

10) Lemonades. What is known is that all citrus fruits destroy tooth enamel, but according to Ostad’s study, lemon is the biggest destroyer.
